Ruta Predkelis is a Business Consulting Manager for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She began her professional career in sales in the airline industry, calling on corporate clients before advancing into the role of Sales Director. After 9/11 reshaped the airline industry overnight, Ruta pivoted into real estate, becoming a licensed REALTOR^® with Prudential California Realty in Newport Beach, CA. There, she spent five years serving clients before transitioning into leadership roles supporting more than 200 agents and a full administrative team. She was later recruited to manage operations for the Global Network Training Team, which delivers education to thousands of real estate professionals across the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.

In her current role, Ruta supports Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise owners across multiple states, guiding recruiting, retention, systems adoption, leadership development, and long-term strategic growth.

Ruta holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Fullerton. Originally from Chicago, she now resides in Huntington Beach, California.
