Joe Hatin is VP of the Commercial Division at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty and VP of Commercial Services for HomeServices of America. Since launching FNR’s Commercial Division in 2023, he has led its strategic growth—developing education, training, and coaching programs to elevate expertise in property evaluation, research, and best practices.

In his national role with HSoA, Joe drives commercial growth and innovation across the network—focusing on education, technology, collaboration, and marketing. With over 30 years in real estate—as a certified general appraiser, licensed Florida broker, and former business owner—he’s recognized for his leadership, negotiation skills, and deep industry knowledge.
