Sandy Ciccarella is a business consulting manager serving Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchisees nationwide. She is tasked with assisting network members to continuously build and grow their companies. Sandy brought her sales and training background to real estate in 2008 after joining her father’s Prudential Real Estate franchise. In 2009, she added “owner” to her title. Focusing on agent development and technology growth, she committed to increase the knowledge base of the brokerage’s agents. As part of a group with 20 joint venture partners, she contributed marketing, technology, and tools training for over 1000 agents on a regular basis. Sandy coordinated the transition to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices for their franchise group and has been a brand ambassador from the start. Previously, Sandy worked as a leader in residential lending moving through the ranks to the position of vice president for World Savings and then worked at Wachovia. Helping people learn to use their mortgage as a financial planning tool was a unique approach in the industry and this strategy helped her build a group of raving fans who were both real estate agents, buyers, and mortgage brokers.
