Mike has been in real estate since 2001, when he started his career on a part-time basis in South Central Pennsylvania. For most of his career he has been in management with two leading Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices companies, Homesale and Florida Realty.
Currently, he is the managing broker for four offices and approximately 125 sales professionals in the greater Sarasota area. He loves talent acquisition (recruiting) and development (training and coaching) and he has been certified with Buffini systems and Integrity Coaching as well as Forever Agent℠ Productivity Coaching.
Mike is knowledgeable in legal issues and has a very strong financial and accounting background which has proven to be very beneficial in the real estate industry.
