Bill Seufert is the Executive Vice President of Strategic Growth and Recruiting for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty. Licensed as a real estate agent in 2004, Bill has more than two decades of frontline and leadership experience across sales, operations, and brokerage growth.

He began his leadership career in 2014 managing a single office, where he focused on agent performance, culture, and operational discipline. In 2017, his role expanded to Executive Vice President Realty Operations overseeing offices in Maryland, West Virginia, and Western Central Pennsylvania.

Most recently, Bill’s responsibilities have grown to include strategic growth initiatives and company-wide recruiting. In this role, he is focused on building scalable recruiting systems, developing data-informed talent strategies, and aligning leadership, analytics, and culture to drive sustainable growth. His work centers on attracting, developing, and retaining both new and experienced agents while ensuring the brokerage remains competitive in rapidly changing markets.
