Mark Stark served as Chief Executive Officer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties, California Properties, and Arizona Properties. In this capacity, he shaped the company’s strategic vision, cultivated its distinctive culture, drove market expansion, and orchestrated transformative acquisition strategies.

Mark launched his real estate career in 1985. After six years of exceptional sales performance, he advanced to branch manager for five years, was promoted to general manager in 1994, and ascended to CEO and partner in 1997. In October 2004, he acquired 100% ownership of the company, propelling its explosive growth until its landmark sale to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in July 2021. By that time, the companies had soared to 17,000 annual closings, ranking as the 19th most productive brokerage in the United States with over $9.5 billion in sales volume.
