Tanya Brown is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years in the industry. As the Managing Broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Carolinas Realty, Tanya has proven to be a transformational leader who is adept at managing and growing teams. She uses sound human-relational skills in recruiting, training, and managing the performance of people and conflict.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and has a master’s degree in business administration. She has served on the Canopy REALTOR Association board of directors, theHousing Opportunity Foundation board of directors, Canopy Association Grievance Committee, and was Chair of Canopy Association Communications Advisory Committee. She currently serves on the YMCA Steele Creek board of directors and the UNC Charlotte Foundation Board. In addition to this, she is a proud member Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Tanya is married and has three beautiful daughters.
