Stephanie is a native Arizonan and a third generation Realtor. She is a graduate of Arizona State University, where she attained her Bachelor of Science in Management and Bachelor of Science in Marketing and graduated summa cum laude from Barrett, the Honors College. She was named one of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors “40 Under 40” three years in a row for 2017, 2018, and 2019 all before the age of 30 and she was named the Residential Realtor of the Year in 2020. She is an active member of her community where she currently serves as the Co-Communications Director for the Member Relief fund at her Realtor Association and has served in the past as the chair of the Scottsdale Area Association of Realtors Government Affairs Committee. Stephanie is the team leader of the Bray Team that has sold over $84m of real estate over the last three years. Her team has been ranked the #1 team in her office for the last three years and has ranked in the top 10 teams companywide for the last two years. Stephanie also published a real estate planner to help real estate agents find success in the business by organizing their days. When she’s not helping friends buy, sell, rent or invest, she can be found checking out the newest hot-spot restaurants in Phoenix, golfing (not well!) or Jeeping Arizona’s trails with her husband Kiel and two Australian Shepherds, Foster and Opie.
