Rod Santomassimo

Rod Santomassimo is the founder and president of the Massimo Group, CRE Perform, and co-founder of CREInvestor.Coach.

A graduate of Washington and Lee University, Rod earned his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where he is a two-time recipient of the Duke University Fuqua School of Business Impact Alumni of the Year Award; Globe St. has also designated him by Globe Street as a “Best Boss” in CRE.

Rod is a syndicated columnist for the New York Real Estate Journal; and has been published and/or featured in several general business periodicals, including but not limited to, The Good Men Project, and Thrive Global. In addition, he is CCIM and a patented inventor.
