Ric Martel serves as the Regional President and Broker Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®. In this role, he supervises managers and sales professionals in three counties across Central New Jersey, with a specific focus on the “Jersey Shore” region. Ric adopts a leadership style that integrates coaching, training, and providing support to help managers and associates achieve their individual production and income targets. Guided by the belief that “learners are leaders,” he places a special emphasis on enhancing the knowledge and skills of everyone he collaborates with.
