Rajeev Sajja has been with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® and its previous entities since 2001 and has held various roles in the technology and e-Business arena within the company. In his current role of Senior Vice President of Digital Marketing and Innovation, he oversees the company’s marketing technology initiatives.
He leads the company’s AI task force that is responsible for harnessing the power of AI in a responsible and strategic manner to improve productivity and efficiencies across the organization.
He has served as a mentor on the NAR REach program helping companies bring innovation to the real estate industry. He also served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel’s LeBow College of Business for three years where he taught Digital Paid Media under the Digital Marketing Curriculum. He currently serves on the Technology Excellence Panel for HomeServices of America that is responsible for evaluating and implementing enterprise technology and marketing initiatives. He co-hosts a weekly podcast (called Real Estate AI Flash) to demystify AI and provide actionable insights to power real estate professionals to leverage AI to grow their career.
He was recognized by Philadelphia Business Journal as a top IT Pro (Innovator category) in 2013 and 2014. In February 2023, he was also recognized as a RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker in the Futurist category.
