Born on Vancouver Island, B.C., Canada to a family of real estate developers, Paula McCartney has been immersed in the industry her entire life. Upon moving to the Cayman Islands in 1980, her family began a legacy of local development including various beachfront estates, luxury condominium projects, apartment complexes, and commercial properties.
After a successful career in the legal field and then as a high-end retailer, Paula decided to blend her legal, sales, and real estate background into one, and focus on real estate sales.
Today, Paula is the Principal Broker of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cayman Islands, which launched in 2023. In addition to running Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Cayman Islands, Paula continues to represent and assist some of the most discerning global clients, helping them achieve their investment visions by sharing her knowledge and passion for the beautiful island she calls home.
Paula says that honesty, integrity, and commitment to providing the ultimate in personal representation have been very rewarding, but her most rewarding achievements have been raising her three children.
An incredibly grateful two-time, breast cancer survivor, Paula spends as much of her personal time as possible with her family and friends and enjoys helping others through unique and personal ways of giving back to her community.
