Odalys “Ody” Sierra

Odalys “Ody” Sierra, a seasoned professional with over three decades in the dynamic realm of real estate, proudly serves as a proactive Managing Broker. Under the strategic guidance of Rei Mesa, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, Ody was handpicked to lead a formidable team of real estate professionals in Miami, Florida.

Ody’s journey in real estate began decades ago, assisting her father in creating floorplans for his construction business in her childhood. With diverse experience in mortgage processing and transaction coordination, she achieved success as a real estate agent after attending the Mike Ferry Superstar Retreat with one of her mentors.

Originally from Cuba, Ody’s voyage to Miami shaped her deep love for the city. Beyond professional achievements, she is a devoted mother of three, a wife of 41 years, and an abuela to four toddlers. As empty nesters, Ody and her husband cherish family moments and share a passion for travel.

In her current role, Ody brings a distinctive skill set to the forefront, fostering robust relationships and a passion for coaching. Her team operates in the heart of Miami-Dade County, specializing in exceptional properties and achieving record-breaking sales. Ody’s mantra is crystal clear: “Empowering success, fostering synergy, elevating real estate professionals.”

Ody firmly believes in the philosophy that one is the architect of their own destiny. Prior to her current role, she successfully owned and operated a top-tier boutique real estate firm. With an impressive 13 years on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors and active contributions to notable committees, Ody’s wealth of experience stands as an invaluable asset for her sales professionals and her firm.
