Michelle Solly is the Relocation & Referral Director for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty. In this position, she oversees relocation, broker, lender, and other referral sources as well as affinity activity for their 39 offices across Ohio and bordering states of Kentucky, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. Her role includes client and agent relations, business development, agent training, reporting and referral conversion.
Michelle has a unique perspective having worked for 14 years with Relocation Management Companies, as well as having firsthand experience as a full-time licensed Realtor® in Southern California. Her biggest passion is connecting people in order to help them accomplish their mutual goals.
Michelle serves on the Board of Relocation Directors Council, Northeast Ohio Relocation Roundtable and the Erie County Chamber of Commerce. She holds her Certified Relocation Professional®(CRP®), Global Mobility Specialist® (GMS®) and Global Destination Services (GDS) designations.
