Martha Mosier

Martha Mosier has been associated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties (BHHSCP, formerly Prudential California Realty) since 2008 and currently serves as its President and General Counsel.

Prior to her role as President, Martha served as SVP for BHHSCP’s affiliated escrow companies, Pickford Escrow and The Escrow Firm. Martha manages and oversees all aspects of operations at BHHSCP and the legal department for all three entities, including litigation and compliance. A powerhouse in the Southern California legal community, Martha previously served as in-house litigation counsel for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage (NRT) from 1997-2008 and clerked for the Attorney General of California, Fourth District Court of Appeals in San Diego.

Martha is dedicated to the real estate community and effecting positive change throughout the industry. Martha currently serves as the Co-Chair of BHHSCP I.M.P.A.C.T. Council for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. She is an Officer and Board Member of The Charitable Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3) division of BHHSCP. Additionally, Martha has served on the San Diego Association of Realtors Risk Management Committee, served as Vice-Chair of the Orange County (OCAR) Risk Management Task Force, and on the Strategic Defense Council for the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) as well as the CAR Legislative Council Committee.

Martha resides in Orange County, CA with her husband and four children. She enjoys her family time, her pets, traveling, skiing, hiking, and raising awareness and funding for local charities supporting children in need and at-risk-teens.
