Lyle Elliott is the Branch Manager of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties Ventura and Ojai offices. Lyle’s background in real estate includes managing multiple offices not only in the Ventura County area but in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and La Quinta, California. His experience includes the selling of residential properties in several Southern California markets.
Within these roles Lyle has worked with buyers, sellers and agents in all markets. These needs have included short sales, forecloses, mixed use development, new housing tracts, multi-family, resort properties and commercial investments.
Lyle has served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Ventura County Coastal Association of Realtors along with a Board of Director member for the California Association of Realtors.
Lyle holds the Designation of Certified Negotiation Expert (CNOE) and Certified Short Sale Specialist. He holds business degrees from the University of Kansas
