Kyle’s path to the real estate industry began in the real estate investment space when he flipped his first home at 20 years old. Since then, Kyle has been an active real estate investor working his way to owning over 20 long term rental units while also investing in commercial office space, continuing to flip houses, and is a partner in a restaurant. Outside of investing in real estate, he is an agent and team leader for a top 20 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty team out of Akron, OH where a large part of his sales business comes from real estate investors and property management.
