Kathleen’s real estate career began with Weichert, Realtors following two decades of dedicated service with the Central Intelligence Agency. After serving as a sales associate, Jim Weichert entrusted Kathleen with the task of expanding the company’s presence into Loudoun County, Virginia, as a Managing Broker. Following the successful launch of the new office, she was appointed to oversee Weichert’s flagship office in the Washington, DC area. In 2011, Kathleen made a significant move to Coldwell Banker, initially as a Managing Broker and ultimately rising to the role of Regional Director for the Eastern US.
Currently, Kathleen serves as a Business Consultant for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, working closely with Network broker-owners to enhance their success through strategic business and financial planning, identifying growth opportunities through mergers and acquisitions, as well as recruiting, retention, and productivity coaching.
