Jennifer Elia is the Founder of BryteLearn, a learning technology company that leverages AI to help real estate agents improve conversations so they can win more clients and close more deals. Prior to BryteLearn, Jennifer led training initiatives for the real estate startup Reali, Inc. where she developed early platform-based training models that more than doubled agent production. Prior to Reali, Inc. Jennifer spent eight years at Redfin, helping to scale training nationally for more than 2,000 agents and support staff.
She also innovated and co-led the most successful field sales initiative in Redfin’s history at the time, increasing customer conversion by more than 40% for participants. Jennifer’s mission at BryteLearn is to leverage AI to help agents develop the one thing AI will never replace: human connection. Her team is using ChatGPT and AI to train agents faster and more effectively, improving the most important aspect in real estate: conversations.
