Gino Blefari is the CEO for HomeServices of America (HSoA), the country’s largest residential real estate brokerage company based on transactions. He is also chairman of HSoA’s real estate brokerage franchise network operations including Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.
He joined the HomeServices of America family from Silicon Valley, California-based Intero Real Estate Services, Inc., which he founded in 2002 and served as president and CEO until 2014. Under his direction, Intero became one of the fastest organically growing companies in the history of real estate. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has accelerated network growth and achieved franchise sales records under his leadership as well. Named in the top 20 of the Swanepoel Power 200 list of the most powerful people in residential real estate and also named to the RISMedia Real Estate Newsmakers Real Estate Hall of Fame, Gino is a respected member of the Mike Ferry Organization’s Leadership Hall of Fame, among other honors.
