He then attended Brevard College for Music before transferring to Louisiana State University, where he graduated in 1994 with a business degree. Following a stint in Austin, TX pursuing a music career, Bill returned to Greenville, SC. In 1998, he purchased his first home in downtown Greenville, sparking a passion for real estate.
