Bill Pearl has worn many hats in the real estate industry since 1995. He was “Rookie of the Year,” co-owned a real estate franchise, which grew to three offices, and was awarded “Manager of the Year” for the state of Michigan with that franchise. He has flipped homes, owned rentals, held land contracts, represented developers of all shapes and sizes, grew a team to #1 in production for his market then converted that team to an independent brokerage that was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate. At Michigan Real Estate, he became director of training — servicing 48 offices, more than 1,100 agents and 238 support staff.
His current job is Senior Manager on the Global Network Training team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. His goal is to develop the most fulfilled & profitable agents in the industry by being intentional every day in every way. His greatest joy comes from seeing others accomplish their goals.
