Bill Pearl has worn many hats in the real estate industry since 1995. He was “Rookie of the Year,” co-owned a real estate franchise, which grew to three offices, and was awarded “Manager of the Year” for the state of Michigan with that franchise. He has flipped homes, owned rentals, held land contracts, represented developers of all shapes and sizes, grew a team to #1 in production for his market then converted that team to an independent brokerage that was later acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Michigan Real Estate. At Michigan Real Estate, he became director of training, servicing 48 offices, 1,100+ agents and 238 support staff. His current job is to deliver training assets to fulfill the company’s mission statement of having the “Most Fulfilled and Profitable Agents in the Industry.” He accomplishes this goal by applying a very simple concept of being intentional every day, in every way.
