Ben Jasek

Ben Jasek, a seasoned real estate professional licensed since 2017, began his career in property management, seamlessly transitioning into residential real estate with a unique background which enables him to guide clients from renting to homeownership.

Influenced by family in residential and commercial development, Ben’s early interest in real estate first led him to the corporate relocation sector. While overseeing executive moves domestically and internationally, he discovered his passion for real estate but realized “cubicle life” wasn’t for him. Shifting gears, Ben now provides personalized relocation consulting services to employees of middle-Tennessee’s leading companies, alongside his primary focus in residential real estate.

A dedicated community advocate, Ben actively volunteers with Greater Nashville REALTORS®, Habitat for Humanity, Cross Point Church, and the Nashville Symphony. As the co-chair of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty’s Charity Committee, he directs efforts toward supporting local non-profits. His passion and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community is also evident through his role as director of events with the Nashville chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance.

Ben’s career milestones include being named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Woodmont Realty’s Agent of the Year and production-based awards with his office, Greater Nashville REALTORS® and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices global brand. Beyond real estate, he enjoys travel, boating and embraces Nashville’s vibrant culture. Recognized for his insights of Nashville’s market, Ben has been quoted in USA Today, Business Insider, and local publications. As an investor in long-term and short-term rentals, Ben combines experience, community commitment, and a passion for his clients’ homeownership dreams.
