Amanda Wernick is a high performer in the real estate industry and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2001. She has won various awards throughout her years as a top producer and is a certified Quantum Home Tour Trainer as well as an effective communications trainer as a business consultant at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She connects with brokers, managers and agents and works with them in growing their business with a focus on organic growth as well as production. As a trainer, Amanda helps agents look at, and overcome, their own roadblocks with skill-set-building activities that empower them to always expect the best from themselves. Currently, she is part of the faculty at the National Association of REALTORS® as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) instructor which include teaching: Global Real Estate: Local Markets, Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools, Europe & International Real Estate, The Americas & International Real Estate, Asia/Pacific & International Real Estate.
