Wade Jacklin has been a full time real estate agent in North Idaho since 2001 and has been a proud owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jacklin Real Estate with his wife Nicole in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho since July of 2021. Wade and Nicole opened Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Jacklin Real Estate with one other real estate agent at that time as a start-up franchise. As of February 1, 2023 (18 months since opening) they have grown to 30 agents, five administrative and marketing staff and three part-time receptionists. In November of 2022, they opened their second branch office located in Liberty Lake, Washington and have seven agents licensed in Washington. Wade is also involved in small to medium sized residential land development. He has successfully plated over 150 residential lots as well as a 122-unit condominium project in the area and has three residential plats and a large commercial development in various stages of construction currently underway. Wade and Nicole have three children ages 26, 7, and 5 as well as a 7 year old grandson and a 4 year old granddaughter. In addition to everything real estate and family, Wade loves to snow ski, golf and spend time in the forests and mountains of North Idaho.
