He loves real estate negotiations because they are so different from the face-to-face negotiations we see in most business transactions. He has written two highly acclaimed books for REALTORS® on real estate negotiations: Secrets of Winning the Real Estate Negotiation Game® and Done Deal! The Real Estate Agent’s Guide to Mastering Negotiations. Seth is a Duke Law School grad and a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer every year since the program came into existence.
