Kathleen Hunt has been serving as a business consultant for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchisees in the eastern U.S. since June 2019. Previously, she was a regional director and managing broker at Coldwell Banker for ten years. As a regional director, Kathleen was responsible for providing direction and support to senior leadership and branch managers in the Eastern Region of the company, which consisted of hundreds of offices and over 25,000 sales associates. Her focus was management coaching, mergers and acquisitions, sales associate benefits, and change management.
Prior to being recruited by Coldwell Banker, Kathleen was a managing broker for Weichert, Realtors in Virginia. She opened a new office that was profitable in its first year of operation by focusing on agent productivity, recruiting, retention, and one-on-one coaching. Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Kathleen served as an undercover officer in the Central Intelligence Agency in the Offices of Counterintelligence and Counter Terrorism. She served in foreign and domestic assignments and appeared on “60 Minutes,” the Discovery Channel, and the History Channel on programs related to the CIA.
