The Forever Agent Selection and Development System

This session is designed exclusively for broker/owners, managers and those involved in coaching or career development. Participants will be introduced to the newly developed Forever AgentSM Selection and Development System. The session will introduce materials that have been expressly developed to be introduced at University to help brokerages recruit (select) and retain (develop) Forever AgentsSM based on the epic Forever AgentSM Movement differentiator.

This project combines the best research from Allan Dalton, and the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Productivity Coaching program developed by the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global Network Training team. In this session you’ll be introduced to the multi-segmented program that touches on every aspect of recruiting and retention, including:

  • Identifying prospects
  • Contacting candidates
  • Recruiting letters and materials
  • Videos
  • Interview/selection dialogue
  • “Disengagement Announcement” letters candidates can send to their present companies
  • Recruiting readiness materials and surveys.

The Forever AgentSM concept can become a remarkably effective method of both selecting and developing agents. In this exciting one hour session, broker owners and managers will be positively influenced on how they recruit for years to come.
